Different kinds of food

Foods come about in different kinds of forms and tastes.
Carbohydrates are breads Examples are bread, potatoes, pastries, candy, rice, spaghetti, fruits, and vegetables. Many of these foods contain both starch, which can be digested, and fiber, which the body cannot digest.

Proteins Foods such as meat, eggs, and beans consist of large molecules of protein that must be digested by enzymes before they can be used to build and repair body tissues. An enzyme in the juice of the stomach starts the digestion of swallowed protein.

Vitamins There are two different types of vitamins, classified in which they can be dissolved: water -soluble vitamins (all the B vitamins and vitamin C) and fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, and K).

Fruits and vegetables: Choose more vegetables and fruits. Go for color and variety—dark green, yellow, orange, and red.

Fats Choose healthy fats, limit saturated fat, and avoid junk food fat.

You are what you eat!
Young people that drank any amount of 100 percent juice had lower intakes dietary fat and higher intakes of key nutrients, including Vitamins C. Those who drank juice a day also consumed more whole fruit and fewer fats and sugars. Drinking milk was not affected by juice intake. This means adding fresh juices to your diets is very healthy, do drink enough juices?!
